Online registration is our preferred method of joining, but should you prefer to write a check, please download the form and send it in with your child with your check made payable to the Cheyenne PTO.

PTO Membership Registration

Joining the PTO online takes 3 steps.

1. Fill in the registration below. The information in this form will be used for the PTO Directory. Please make sure you include your student's name and grade for the 2008/2009 school year.

2. Select your level of membership.

Level 1 - $25 - 1 year membership + 1 PTO Directory
Level 2 - $50 - 1 year membership + 2 PTO Directories
Level 3 - $100 - 1 year membership + 2 PTO Directories + CTS Teddy Bear
Level 4 - $250 - 1 year membership + 2 PTO Directories + CTS Teddy Bear + Family Pack Harvest Fest Wristbands (excludes food)

3. Purchase the membership via our secure checkout.
